The upgrade budget
Plans B and C include $1,000 per quarter to spend on infrastructure upgrades or projects within scope. Budget accrues over your contract term—up to $4,000 on 12-month contracts or $8,000 on 24-month contracts. You direct the spending, we advise. Labour is always included on top.
The replacement fleet
Plan C clients get 5-hour device replacement from MacroState's on-hand fleet—gateways, switches, access points, door hubs, gate hubs, HDRs, and NVRs. We deploy the nearest suitable device immediately while sourcing your permanent replacement. Mechanical components like locks and strikes get first-priority repair.
Multi-site support
Each site enrolls independently—mix and match plans across your locations. Additional sites get discounts: Plan A 5%, Plan B 15%, Plan C 20%. Every Plan B and C site carries its own $1,000 quarterly upgrade budget.
Contract terms
Choose 12 or 24-month contracts. All plans are billed monthly by direct debit. Sign a 24-month contract and get 10% off the monthly rate. All pricing is ex-GST. There are no onboarding fees on any plan.
Critical severity means no internet access, doors or gates won't open or close, or cameras and security systems are down. Standard severity covers everything else.
Replacement parts are supplied at RRP on all plans. Equipment replacement on Plans A and B is subject to availability. Plan C replacement is drawn from MacroState's on-hand fleet within 5 hours.
If you need to understand what falls within scope, refer to the What We Manage section. End-user devices are excluded. Mechanical components like locks and strikes are treated as first-priority repairs but are not part of the standard replacement fleet.
FAQ
Common questions about our Infrastructure Management & Support Plans.
IMSP covers your entire UniFi infrastructure: gateways, switches, wireless access points, security cameras, NVRs, access control systems, and gate hubs. End-user devices like laptops, phones, and tablets are not included. All plans include routine maintenance, supervised software and firmware updates, warranty and RMA handling, and unlimited labour.
No. There are no onboarding fees on any plan. You pay the monthly subscription rate and nothing else to get started.
It means there are no call-out fees, no hourly charges, and no time limits. Any labour required to maintain, update, repair, or replace your infrastructure is covered by your plan. You never pay extra for technician time.
On Plan C, we deploy the nearest suitable device from our on-hand fleet immediately to keep you running. We then source and install your exact replacement device once it arrives. On Plans A and B, replacement is subject to availability and follows the stated SLA.
Upgrade budget accrues quarterly and expires at the end of your contract term. It does not roll over to a new contract. We recommend planning upgrades throughout your contract to make full use of the budget.
Does damage or vandalism count?
Accidental damage and vandalism are not covered under IMSP. However, we can discuss repair or replacement options and how your upgrade budget might apply. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.
